If you’re facing any issue — whether the diffuser isn’t turning on, the scent isn't spreading, or you’re unsure how to set it up don’t worry.

In some cases, we may also offer a video walk-through or visit you in person, depending on your location and the issue.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received (if applicable), we dispatch your item on the same day, and it is typically delivered within the next 24 hours.
